Founding pilot

Four weeks, one procedure, one team. We interview your most experienced worker, build short practice from what they tell us, and hand back a sign-off record for each person, signed by their own supervisor.

After the pilot, we agree on an ongoing plan; the pilot fee is credited toward it.
